Vegan taco pizza day!

Err… Morningstar Farms Grillers Crumbles aren’t vegan (they contain milk & egg ingredients [https://www.morningstarfarms.com/products/meal-starters/meal-starters-grillers-recipe-crumbles]). But, you can sub Boca crumbles instead, which are vegan.

Oh no! I am uuupppset! I always preach reading the ingredients before buying anything && I didn’t D: Someone gave them to me. I knew I had to be careful with Morningstar products too!DDDDDD:

Is anything morning star makes vegan? I don’t think so.

They used to have more vegan things, but they revamp their ingredients randomly. I was buying a vegan burger from them that I can’t find anymore. Boca almost got me the other day.Thankfully I actually did read the ingredients before I had one of their griller patties.

I get a lot of quistion a from young teens and adults who live home asking how to improve their eating when they don’t have much control over the food.
My best advice is to offer your help to the person preparing and cooking the food.
Rather than making all these demands of the food you want. Keep in mind that your parents are not a restaurant and do not need to cater towards your nutritional needs, goals, or desires.
So what can you do? Offer to help cook and prepare food. Help grocery shop and plan the meals. Show your appreciation for your parents and also your dedication to your healthy eating by offering to pay for some of the food you want.
This will not only show your parents your commitment to the creating the new you, but it will also teach you some responsibility for the day comes when you’re solely in charge of the grocery shopping and budgeting.
